Terms of Service

1. The service
PREVED (operated by HeyvAql) is a platform that lets brands run their own online stores, manage advertising and sales measurement, and work with creators. By using PREVED you accept these terms. The Turkish version is the governing text.
2. Purchases
The seller of products in a store is the respective brand. Order, delivery, return and invoicing obligations belong to the brand; PREVED provides the technical infrastructure for these processes.
3. Connecting an Instagram account
- You may only connect an Instagram professional account that you manage.
- You can disconnect at any time with “Disconnect” in PREVED or from your Instagram settings.
- PREVED is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram; Instagram is a trademark of Meta.
- How Instagram data is processed is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use PREVED for illegal content, spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, using someone else's account without permission, or attempts to compromise the security of the service. We may suspend access in such cases.
5. Liability
We provide the service with care but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for outages or changes of third-party services such as Instagram/Meta. Liabilities that cannot be limited by law remain unaffected.
6. Changes and governing law
When we update these terms we change the version and date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers retain their right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
