Data Deletion

You can have your data deleted from PREVED in any of the following ways. Deletion is free of charge.
Creators (people who connected an Instagram account)
- In the Instagram app, open your profile → ☰ menu (top right) → Settings and privacy.
- Website permissions → Apps and websites.
- Under Active, select PREVED / HeyvAql → Remove.
Meta sends us an automatic deletion request. Your access token and the data we received from Instagram are deleted immediately.
A confirmation code is created for your request; you can check its status at /meta/data-deletion/status/<confirmation-code>/.
- Open My connected account.
- Press Disconnect.
Your access token is deleted immediately and your account is deactivated; your Instagram profile data is deleted within 30 days.
Email privacy@heyvaql.com with your Instagram username and ask us to delete your data. After verifying that you own the account, we delete it within 30 days and let you know.
Shoppers
Email privacy@heyvaql.com with the phone number of your account. Your account, addresses and consent records are deleted. Order/invoice records that we are legally required to keep are retained until the statutory period ends and then deleted.
What is deleted, what remains?
- Deleted: Instagram access token, Instagram profile data, insights, comment and message content.
- Kept: aggregated sales reports that contain no personal data; the confirmation code and date proving the deletion was completed.
